By accessing this website or engaging DigiGo for any service, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or engage our services.
Services
DigiGo provides digital marketing, local SEO, paid advertising, WhatsApp automation, online store management and website development services. The exact scope of any engagement is defined in a separately signed proposal or invoice.
Payments and refunds
Monthly service fees are billed in advance. Setup fees are billed upon signing. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis when a deliverable has not been shipped, and are not available for services already rendered.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and access to any accounts (Google Business Profile, ad accounts, hosting, WhatsApp) required to deliver the service. Delays caused by missing information do not entitle you to a refund.
Limitation of liability
DigiGo is not liable for outcomes that depend on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, WhatsApp) or on your own operational follow-up on leads and enquiries delivered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes resolved in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
